No Portfolio? No Problem
I just talked to a ghostwriter that has issues with getting writing jobs when they can't show their past work.
It's a common problem, right?
I can only speak to blog ghostwriting as thatβs part of my day job but regardless of how experienced you are, there will be client work that you canβt share because of NDAs.
This makes it hard to prove you're good at what you do.
My advice to them, and to you, is simple: πΈπ³πͺπ΅π¦ πΊπ°πΆπ³ π°πΈπ― π΄π΅πΆπ§π§!
Think of a type of client you want to work with, and then write a blog post (or whatever type of content you want to create) as if you were writing for them.
Put all your effort into it, just like you would for a paid job.
This way, you create new examples of your work that you can share.
It's a great way to show potential clients your skills and what you can do for them.
There are many free places online to host these samples, so find one that works for you.
